W ith the help of David Perkins, her sponsor, Anne joined BBRC on January 10, 2024 under the classification of Mortgage Lending. Anne brings her vibrant spirit and dedication to service to BBRC, embodying the Rotary spirit. Anne has been making dreams come true as a Mortgage Broker since 2003. Specializing in new construction financing, she collaborates closely with local builders to turn visions into reality. Her approach is rooted in honesty, integrity, and fairness, ensuring every client's needs are met with care. Anne's heart is filled with both her beloved Frenchie, Gracie Lou, and the most amazing grandchildren. Laughter fills her home; her family is her greatest joy. Something Fun about Anne is she is a laughter enthusiast! She firmly believes that the world needs more smiles and chuckles, and she's more than happy to spread the joy. Her grandchildren hold a special place in her heart, and they're her constant source of happiness.
