What's new at CALM (besides the director)

Meg Maitland is a Kern County Native who returned to Bakersfield in 2020 after spending most of her post college career in the mountains of Colorado; working to bring people and animal together. Her degree in Biology with a Zoology concentration has allowed her to work in both zoos and in tourism. When not working, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband, 3-year-old son, and their Red Labrador Gus.
