KERN COUNTY FARM BUREAU ANNOUNCES RACHEL NETTLETON AS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
BAKERSFIELD, CALIF.—On Wednesday, July 5th, the Kern County Farm Bureau (KCFB) announced Rachel Nettleton as the new Executive Director. With her diverse background and wealth of experience, Rachel is poised to lead the Farm Bureau into a new era of success and growth.
Throughout Rachel’s career, she has worked across various industries, including sports, healthcare, and nonprofits. Rachel has a strong educational and professional background in marketing, where she has held management roles for some of Kern County’s well-known organizations – the Bakersfield Condors and Houchin Community Blood Bank. Her professional journey has allowed her to deeply understand different organizational structures and the importance of building strong relationships. The KCFB believes her experiences in these diverse sectors will bring our community new perspectives and innovative ideas.
Rachel recognizes the agricultural community’s importance and acknowledges the Farm Bureau’s significant role in being the voice for our local farmers.
