Kern County Human Trafficking

Dustin Contreras is currently one of the Co-Directors of the Kern Coalition Against Human Trafficking and has been a volunteer Since 2012. He has served as a consultant for the federal Department of Justice/Bureau of Justice Administration and The California Office of Emergency Services as a subject matter expert on human trafficking. Mr. Contreras is currently a detective with a Kern County law enforcement agency and has formally worked for the federal government as well as the County of Kern for over 20 years. Mr. Contreras enjoys studying Kodokan Judo, shopping for antiques and spending time with his family. Mr. Contreras is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
