Covenant Community Services

Randy Martin is the CEO and Founder of a local nonprofit serving foster youth and former foster youth, Covenant Community Services and Covenant Coffee. Randy has been involved with social services and helping people in Kern County since 1987. He went to local schools, played soccer at CSU Bakersfield, has a Masters's in administration from CSUB, and is a John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach. Randy's passions are faith, family, and friends. Randy and his wife Kim serve together at Covenant and have two adult children and 4 grandsons.
