Bakersfield Breakfast Rotary Club and Breakfast Rotary Foundation have since completed countless local projects, too numerous to list. A partial list of projects includes:
- Initiated Wreathes Across America at Bakersfield National Cemetery
- Initiated and continue to create the Thousand Flags event on Memorial Day at Riverwalk Park
- Funded the purchase of a document shredder truck for BARC
- Roofed over 42 homes for Habitat for Humanity
- Joined other Rotary clubs to fund a bloodmobile for Houchin Blood Bank
- Sponsored multiple blood drives
- (C-Rats) program for US troops in Iraq
- Planted 100 trees in San Miguel Grove in honor of Rotary’s 100th anniversary and continue to maintain the park with the City of Bakersfield.
- Taken hundreds of young students Christmas shopping
- Supported the CALM holiday event as volunteers
- Completed two Breakfast Rotary home makeovers for Bakersfield families in need
- Christmas gifts each year to senior citizens
- Ringing the bell for the Salvation Army
- Prepared and delivered countless Thanksgiving food baskets
- Held canned and non-perishable food drives for multiple organizations
- Funded scholarships for high school and college students
- Supported Relay for Life with time and money
