A big shout out to Breakfast Rotarians who worked the District Conference last weekend especially to our Kay Pitts who served as the Conference Chair. It was good to see fellow Breakfast Rotarians and share in the informative but fun activities. We learned how to combat human trafficking and promoting world peace. Personally, I was particularly impressed with the presentation by Paul K. Chappell who gave a thought provoking view as to avenues of peace.
Thanks to Denise Haynes for filling in for me last week. I heard she did a great job. This week Mayor Karen Goh will be our speaker.
